MONK’S HOUSE
Leonard and Virginia Woolf’s 17th century country retreat.
Nestled in the heart of rural Sussex, Monk’s House is a tranquil 17th-century weather-boarded cottage inhabited by Leonard and Virginia Woolf, the novelist, from 1919 until Leonards death in 1969.
To introduce Monk’s House to viewers on the website and encourage potential visitors, we invited two Volunteer Guides and the Head Gardener to talk about things they enjoyed in and around the House and Garden.
SHOWHOMES BERKELEY GROUPWe were asked by Berkeley Group East Thames to film a townhouse and two apartments for them to use on their website. The brief was to show a walk-through visual guide and show the high standard of design of these properties.
The Berkeley Group was voted Britain’s Most Admired Company across all industries in 2011 and Housebuilder of the Year from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, they won the Queens Award for Enterprise, and have come top of the Next Generation benchmark for the last eight years, which ranks the UK’s 25 biggest housebuilders on sustainability.
Following on from our townhouse and apartments film project we were asked to produce a short film to promote the Farmers Market at the Royal Arsenal Riverside Berkeley Development, which had just moved to a spectacular indoor premises at Building 10 on Major Draper Street. To film this we used timelapse techniques to show the stall-holders setting up in the morning, then during the day we interviewed stall-holders and visitors to the market to get their views of the market. We condensed the day down to 3 minutes and 35 seconds!
The market focuses on quality artisan food produced in and around Woolwich and is on the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 3pm .
One of the Architects involved in designing Hotel Puerta America, John Nouvel felt it was important “to make links between freedom and pleasure”. The concept this French architect wanted to convey in his work for the Puerta America hotel is “the crossroads between art and architecture, allowing people to live some exceptional moments, and creating small worlds for them to enjoy”
We created 360 Panoramic Tours and a short film to reflect the different Architects design vision within the Hotel. Click here for the 360 panoramics.
